Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We send all domestic orders 2nd class via Royal Mail.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We send all international orders tracked via Royal Mail. Please note that international orders are taking on average between 2-8 weeks to arrive.

Refunds

The Vagina Museum does not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a faulty product or to comply with your consumer rights. Please contact us at info@vaginamuseum.co.uk if there are any problems.

EU Contract Withdrawal Policy

Any EU customer who wishes to withdraw from a contract for a purchase made on our website, please email us at info@vaginamuseum.co.uk with your name, order number, date of purchase, date the goods were received, and list of items you purchased.  

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Once we receive this we will process your request promptly. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
